By intentionally limiting our panel size, our Primary Care physicians can devote the time your health deserves — whether that is an in-depth annual preventive visit, same-day attention for an urgent concern, or a sustained conversation about managing a chronic condition. The result is a relationship, built over years, that improves the quality of every clinical decision.

Our Primary Care membership covers prevention, wellness, and management of complex conditions.
Preventive, wellness, and urgent visits
Comprehensive annual preventive care, wellness planning, and same-day availability when something unexpected comes up. Direct access to your Primary Care physician by phone, text, email, or Patient Gateway.
Accessible, unhurried care
Visits are scheduled to allow time for real conversation. Little or no waiting. Your physician's personal cell phone is available for urgent concerns outside of business hours.
Chronic condition management
Ongoing care for diabetes, hypertension, metabolic conditions, and the full range of chronic illnesses, coordinated across your Lown team and the broader MGB network.
Specialist coordination
When specialist consultation is needed, your Primary Care physician helps you identify the right expert and coordinates referral, record transfer, and follow-up on your behalf.
On-site testing*
Access to our fully accredited on-site testing facility, including blood draws, cardiac testing, and body
composition analysis.
On-site phlebotomy*
Convenient blood draws performed during your visit, with no separate trip to a lab.

Combined Care: cardiology and primary care, coordinated
Many of our members hold both a Cardiology and a Primary Care membership. The two work together seamlessly.
When your cardiovascular health intersects with your general health, as it often does, coordinated care matters. Our Primary Care physicians and cardiologists share the same EPIC medical record system, communicate directly, and plan together, so your care feels integrated rather than divided. For specialty consultations beyond our practice, your team draws on established relationships at Brigham and Women's and across Mass General Brigham.
